Using the simulations

You may use the public simulations for personal study and normal classroom teaching. Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to overload external services, or modify the site in a way that harms other users.

Student work and browser storage

Some activities remember preferences, names or progress in the user’s browser as described in the Privacy page. Users are responsible for clearing locally stored activity data where this is required on shared devices.

Content and classroom use

Chemisode-created simulations, text, graphics and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Normal classroom use and linking are permitted. Unless separately authorised, do not republish substantial parts of a simulation, sell Chemisode content as your own product or falsely imply endorsement.

External data and services

Some simulations link to or retrieve information from external scientific services. Those providers control their own availability, terms and privacy practices. External data may change independently of Chemisode.

Changes and availability

Simulations, model assumptions, data, questions and features may be corrected, updated, replaced or removed. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Educational disclaimer and legal rights

Use of the site is also subject to the Educational Disclaimer. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
