Use a clear subject line, such as “Precipitation equation checker” or “Atom Builder display issue”.
What to include
- The name of the simulation and the page address.
- The device and browser being used.
- The steps that caused the issue and what was expected to happen.
- A screenshot, where useful.
- The chemistry equation or content involved, using correct capitalisation and charges.
Do not include passwords, private student records, sensitive information or more personal information than is necessary.
Support scope
Support covers the operation and educational content of Chemisode Simulations. Chemisode cannot provide emergency assistance, individual medical or safety advice, or support for unrelated third-party websites and devices.
Reports of scientific errors are welcomed and will be reviewed. A response time is not guaranteed, but clear reports make investigation faster.
Before contacting support
- Refresh the page and try the activity again.
- Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Check that JavaScript is enabled.
- For a display problem, try resetting browser zoom to 100%.
- For locally stored information, clearing site data may reset cached simulation information.
