Chemisode Simulations provides interactive chemistry and science models, virtual practicals and practice activities designed to help students connect abstract ideas with visible behaviour, equipment, data and calculations.
Audience
The activities are intended for secondary students and teachers. Some simulations connect with VCE Chemistry or Australian secondary science, but Chemisode is an independent supplementary resource rather than an official curriculum publication.
How simulations should be used
Virtual activities can support explanation, preparation, practice and reflection. They intentionally simplify some real systems and do not replace teacher supervision, real laboratory risk assessment or authoritative scientific references.
